We are happy to accept your extensions back for a colour exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns will only be accepted if they are unopened and the gold band must still be intact. The hair and its packaging / net must be in a brand new condition with no tampering.
Once the packet or hair net is open and the gold band has been removed you will not be able to return your extensions as they are classed as a hygiene product.
Please note Crowning Glory will not refund your delivery costs and we strongly advise that you return them via a tracked method of postage such as Royal Mail 1st class recorded

There is no need to get in touch regarding your return, just simply send back to us via a recorded delivery method. Your return will be processed within 1-2 working days
